2-D: Paintings, Drawings, Prints…

For high quality accurate images, critical things about shooting 2-d art are:
• Calibration of lighting, camera, and monitor to industry standard color controls and workflow.
• Uniform lighting with no glare (except reflections to show surface finish and texture)
• Compose for crop to full image.
• Digital processing with review against original art viewed in 5,000˚K lighting for accurate color (uniform light, white balance, exposure, hues, saturation, and contrast). Final sharpening.
